When setting up our first coffee shop we had so many things to learn and put into place. Reena took hold of some very basic thoughts badly scribbled in my notebook and turned them in to wonderful creative ideas for our menus, matching the theme through to loyalty cards and tying all together on our website.
In a few short meetings she eliminated one of our concerns from the long to do list. She steered us into ideas we would never have the skill and patience to see. The website was user friendly to our customers and easily updated by ourselves, her attention to detail second to none.
